Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This notice supplements our Online Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents.

Right to Non-Discrimination

Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or level of quality.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request by:

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Verification Process

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. We will verify your request using information you have previously provided to us. We may request additional information for verification purposes.

For requests to know categories of personal information, we will match at least two data points provided by you with information we maintain. For requests to know specific pieces of personal information or requests to delete, we will match at least three data points and obtain a signed declaration under penalty of perjury.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. To do so, you must:

  • • Provide the authorized agent written permission to do so
  • • Verify your own identity directly with us
  • • Directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When determining retention periods, we consider factors such as legal obligations, contractual requirements, operational needs, and the sensitivity of the information.
