Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include companies under the IncoXchange corporate umbrella.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. IncoXchange does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include financial service providers and payment processors.

Other Important Information

California Residents: In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliates, except as permitted by law. For more information about your California privacy rights, please see our California Consumer Privacy Notice.
